Do you handle backups too?

Yes.  Our client agents will allow Sweet Technologies to backup any system into a cloud bases resource. This will allow us to maintain a remote copy of your data. Your data will be safe, secure, and easily accessible for immediate recovery.

How is your customer support?

  

We operate a help desk Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Time (except for holidays). Outside of those hours, when calling the Help Desk, leave a message and your call will be returned on the next business day. For an urgent support need, there will be an option to route to the on-call person. 

Do you also provide cyber security?
